About this role

The Business Analyst will drive the growth and improvement of the Bank's Operations department by managing the solution phase of projects and ensuring governance during implementation. They will engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and work with internal and external teams to deliver software application changes. Candidates should have a degree in an IT-related discipline and at least 12 to 15 years of experience in financial technology, particularly in Operations processing. Knowledge of core banking functions and experience with platforms like TEMENOS T24 or Triple A is preferred.
