Assistant Vice President/ Vice President, Business Analyst (Digital Wealth)

The role is responsible for leading business requirements gathering for digital wealth initiatives, analyzing end-to-end product design, and translating business needs into clear, implementable product, functional, and operational requirements for technology teams. Key duties include collaborating with delivery stakeholders, supporting implementation, validating requirements, and resolving production issues. The ideal candidate must possess strong domain expertise in wealth products and associated front-to-back processes, such as trade execution and settlement, with functional expertise in areas like Cash Equities or Robo-advisory. Candidates need strong analytical skills, the ability to structure ambiguity, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in banking or wealth management technology delivery.
