Program Director – Consumer Self Service Channels (MD/ ED)

This role is accountable for the stability, resilience, and operational excellence of the Consumer Internet and Mobile Banking platforms (Run), while also driving the delivery of new digital capabilities to fuel growth and efficiency (Change). The Platform Lead must shape the platform's book of work, own end-to-end delivery, and ensure alignment across Business and Technology stakeholders. Candidates must possess over 12 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs, demonstrating strong ownership and a results-oriented mindset. Key requirements include the ability to work independently, strong analytical skills, thought leadership in conceptualizing outcomes, and proven people leadership capabilities for team management and stakeholder influence.
