HR Operations Associate (Contract)

Job Description Responsible for coordinating and scheduling outsourcing project operations, managing candidate rosters and timesheets, supporting recruitment activities, and handling related HR and project documentation. Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage processes and operations for projects Create accurate job descriptions to attract suitable candidates Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates Conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates Prepare and support administrative documentations Any other adhoc jobs assigned by supervisor We are looking for people with: Higher Nitec in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
