Recruitment Associate (Permanent)

What you will do: Manage full recruitment process including sourcing for candidates, posting job advertisements, interviewing, profiling, and talent management Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with clients, candidates & other collaborators Place candidates out to clients to assist in their staffing requirements Manage job offer closure and salary negotiation process Work closely with clients for business development and account management What we are looking for: Diploma/Degree in any discipline A team player who enjoys interacting with people, sales-driven and works well in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Why Us?
