Job Summary Manage resident relations and support estate operations to ensure smooth property management and compliance, while handling financial and administrative tasks effectively. Responsibilities Resolve resident feedback and complaints to maintain positive community relations and encourage participation in estate activities Handle petty cash transactions, update trust accounts, and issue receipts to support accurate financial management Monitor staff and vendor performance to ensure compliance with estate rules and operational standards Maintain and organize documentation and filing systems to support strata roll updates and legal notice distribution Coordinate meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and perform general administrative duties to facilitate estate management operations Preferred competencies and qualifications 1–2 years of experience in administrative or property management roles Experience in MCST or residential estate management is advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support documentation and communication tasks Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
