Job Summary Manage and maintain residential and commercial property sites to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deliver exceptional service to residents and owners. Responsibilities Lead on-site inspections and conduct regulation checks to ensure properties meet statutory standards and operational excellence Develop and implement replacement and improvement plans to enhance property conditions and increase asset value Deliver responsive customer service support by resolving residents’ and owners’ issues effectively to maintain satisfaction Prioritize and manage multiple property management tasks to meet operational deadlines and stakeholder expectations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with building statutory requirements and regulations Adapt to evolving property management needs by performing additional duties as assigned to support business objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated leadership skills and problem-solving abilities in property management contexts Effective communication and written skills to engage with stakeholders and document property management activities Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment Passion for building management and property maintenance Availability to start immediately is advantageous
