Ice Cream Manufacurer & Supplier in Singapore We are a homegrown manufacturer of ice cream and gelato, soft-serve premixes, and ready-to-eat bakery solutions. Our products are sold to both local and international clients across ASEAN. Job Summary: As the Order Fulfillment Supervisor you are responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves inventory management, order tracking, optimizing fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency, and planning delivery routes to minimize delays and costs. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Coordination: Process customer orders accurately in the system and confirm order details. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays. Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, expected delivery times, and any potential disruptions. Inventory & Logistics Management: Ensure sufficient stock levels to meet order requirements by coordinating with procurement and inventory teams. Track shipments and deliveries, resolving any logistical challenges. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments in relevant databases. Work with couriers, freight providers, and internal teams to streamline the delivery process. Route Planning & Delivery Optimization: Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize costs and delivery times.
