Olivia Group is looking for a skilled Event Manager to plan dynamic and engaging events that drive new business for our group of restaurants and strengthen our organization's unique culture. The ideal candidate is meticulous and organized, able to coordinate multiple moving parts under pressure, and ensures that any last-minute changes or obstacles are handled with minimal disruption. Above all, they bring a strong sense of our organization's needs and how events fit into our broader communications strategy. Objectives of This Role Foster a fun and supportive organizational environment Raise awareness of new products, drives, or initiatives through events Develop strong ties to sponsors and customers Drive new business with compelling events Synthesize organizational messaging and identity Responsibilities Plan and execute events across our F&B outlets, from concept to completion Source and secure new business leads and client partnerships to drive event bookings Keep event plans under budget and on schedule Reach out to potential sponsors and collaborators Advertise events through multiple channels (social media, email, in-outlet promotion, partnerships) Maintain accurate records of all expenditures Ensure events are carried out successfully, resolving on-the-day issues with minimal disruption Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate, private, and community event clients Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors, sponsors, and clients Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or a related industry Proven track record of planning and executing successful events, ideally with business development or sales exposure Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several events and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Budget management experience, with a keen eye for cost control Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and outside standard hours when events require it Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred Preferred Qualifications Existing network of corporate clients, sponsors, or event partners within Singapore Experience with F&B outlet operations or working closely with restaurant/kitchen teams Familiarity with social media marketing and event promotion tools What We Offer Competitive base salary ( commensurate with experience) High performance-based incentives tied to event revenue Opportunity to shape and grow the events function across a group of restaurants A collaborative, fast-paced, and culture-driven work environment Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
