The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our multi-channel e-commerce business across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, profitability, and operational excellence of all online sales channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening business continuity by developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), mentoring team members, and ensuring our e-commerce operations can scale efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the performance of Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Monitor channel performance, including revenue, gross margins, advertising expenditure, platform fees, and product returns, and provide regular performance reporting. Plan and execute promotional calendars across all platforms, including major campaign events such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, payday campaigns, TikTok Shop promotions, and Shopify marketing initiatives, while maintaining pricing consistency across channels. Develop inventory allocation plans and work closely with the Founder and suppliers to minimise stock shortages and optimise replenishment. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to secure campaign opportunities, platform support, seller programme benefits, and co-funded marketing initiatives. Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all recurring e-commerce processes to ensure operational consistency and business continuity. Coach, train, and supervise the E-commerce Executive, enabling independent management of assigned sales channels within established timelines. Manage marketplace advertising campaigns across Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and TikTok Shop Ads, with regular monitoring and optimisation of Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). Collaborate closely with the Design team by preparing creative briefs and approving product listings, visual assets, and enhanced content to maximise conversion. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall marketplace performance. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee and Lazada Seller Centre operations in Singapore. Proven experience managing marketplace campaigns from planning through execution and performance analysis. Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Centre will be an advantage. Working knowledge of Shopify administration. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build and maintain sales and margin analysis models. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead projects independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
