Project Coordinator

Job Scope Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects. May be involved in pre-drawing submission stage for understanding of design concept. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field. Resolve all site problems encountered during the constructions stage. Monitor work in progress by highlighting on shop drawings. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. Conduct spot or routine site visit to check subcontractor’s workmanship and speed. Conduct quality and accuracy performance check on work done by following the checklist. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. Requirements At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience The ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Excellent project management and supervision skills. Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
