Project Engineer

Job Scope · Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects. · May be involved in pre-drawing submission stage for understanding of design concept. · Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field. · Resolve all site problems encountered during the constructions stage. · Monitor work in progress by highlighting on shop drawings. · Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status. · Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. · Conduct spot or routine site visit to check subcontractor’s workmanship and speed. · Conduct quality and accuracy performance check on work done by following the checklist. · Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. Requirements · At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience · The ability to work with multiple discipline projects. · Excellent project management and supervision skills. · Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
