Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer (M&E - ACMV)

Job Summary Lead and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects focused on Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and execute M&E projects with a focus on ACMV systems from initiation through completion to meet project goals. Achieve project objectives by managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and communicate effectively with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Review and interpret project specifications, technical drawings, and engineering submissions to guide project activities. Manage procurement schedules to secure timely delivery of materials and equipment essential for project progress. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and testing and commissioning records. Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, building codes, and workplace safety and health regulations to maintain project integrity and safety. Required competencies and certifications ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry, preferably in M&E and ACMV systems. Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and local regulatory requirements. Excellent project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple project tasks effectively.
