Project Manager | Governance • Working Hours: Mon–Fri • Working Location: Central • Remuneration Package: Up to $10,000 + AWS Join our team as a Project Manager | Governance, where you will play a key role in strengthening project governance across enterprise digital transformation initiatives. This role is suited for an experienced professional with strong capabilities in project governance, compliance, contract and vendor management, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with organisational standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. Job Responsibilities Project Governance Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring projects comply with organisational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop business cases, governance documentation, project plans, and reporting to support informed decision-making. Monitor project health, governance gates, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives. Contract & Vendor Management Manage the procurement lifecycle for IT and digital initiatives, including vendor evaluation, contract administration, and governance. Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), deliverables, and project milestones. Coordinate with procurement, legal, business stakeholders, and vendors on contract negotiations, renewals, variations, and issue resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure successful project delivery and continuous service improvement. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure project compliance with internal governance frameworks, audit requirements, organisational policies, and applicable regulatory standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate project, operational, contractual, and compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates for management and steering committees. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business users, technology teams, procurement, and external vendors to drive project governance and delivery. Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and steering committee sessions. Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management, Project Governance, PMO, or Digital Transformation. Strong understanding of project governance, compliance, contract management, procurement, and vendor management. Experience managing vendors, contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and cross-functional stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
