As an Recruitment Consultant , you'll work alongside experienced consultants to identify, engage, and connect exceptional talent with leading organisations. Your responsibilities include: Research industries and identify high-calibre professionals for key positions. Build and maintain relationships with candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Conduct interviews to understand candidates' experience, career aspirations, and suitability for opportunities. Partner with senior consultants to understand clients' hiring needs and develop effective search strategies. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and provide an outstanding candidate experience. Develop market knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and talent movements. We're looking for someone who: Has prior working experience and is looking to build a long-term career in executive search. Is genuinely interested in professional services and enjoys working with people. Communicates confidently and builds rapport with a wide range of individuals. Is curious, proactive, and enjoys learning about different industries and businesses. Is organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Takes ownership of their work and enjoys working towards goals. AI-savvy, embraces emerging technologies, and proactively uses AI tools to optimise workflows and drive better outcomes.
