Developer

JOB OVERVIEW: Provide solutions to Global Headquarter to improve their work productivity through the use of multiple technologies. These technologies may include, Google App Scripts, Google AppSheet, Python and or Javascript. However, the developer is mainly responsible for developing and maintaining applications for the OutSystems Developer Cloud platform. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Having an understanding of the development life cycle will be an added advantage. - Having an understanding of Object Oriented Programming will be an added advantage. - Having an understanding of agile and scrum methodology will be an added advantage. - Having any other progarmming experience (eg. Python) will be an advantage. - Proficiency in OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) platform is essential. - Design and implement modern web interfaces using OutSystems Reactive Web architecture, screen lifecycles, and client-side logic. - Build highly interactive screens utilizing OutSystems UI components, custom patterns, and responsive themes. - Implement efficient asynchronous data fetching (Aggregates / Data Actions) and handle complex client-server logic separation. - Develop and consume REST / SOAP APIs to connect Reactive applications with external databases and business systems. - Perform unit, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support to guarantee application stability and security. - Solid proficiency in relational databases system and writing optimized SQL queries. - Troubleshoot production issues and optimize full-stack application performance based on best practices. - Strong familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing OutSystems UI blocks and themes. - Deploy and monitor application versions across development, testing, and production environments. - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements. - Able to work independantly or collaborate with team member(s) as required. Position Qualifications and Experiences: - Minimum 2 years of experiences with OutSystem Developer Cloud (ODC) platform. - OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification is preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field will be highly valued but not necessary.
