HR & Accounts Executive

Job Description Manage full HR functions including recruitment, payroll, work passes, training, and performance management. Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation. Administer employee benefits, compensation, insurance, and related HR matters. Handle onboarding, offboarding, internship coordination, and employee records maintenance. Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, and General Ledger. Perform month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and financial reporting. Support statutory audit, tax documentation, and ensure financial compliance requirements are met. Oversee office administration, insurance, licensing, dormitory matters, and ISO compliance/audit support.
