Facility Manager

1. To manage the maintenance of the estate; daily operations on cleanliness, facilities, repair works, filing system, upkeeping of equipment/furniture, laundry and external sub-contractors. 2. To carry out routine checks and inspections of the building for any possible water seepage, faulty mechanical or electrical, fire panel system lift services, sewer/sanitary system and or damage to the building property. 3. To manage the operational, financial accounts including processing payments to all service vendors. 4. To prepare and conduct operational-related internal and external meetings. 5. To oversee and manage Facility Management Services at building and manage term contractors/ specialist contractors to ensure smooth operation of buildings 6. To manage relation to resident/authorities/stakeholders to ensure agreements in place and update on any service outages and scheduled shutdowns. 7. To attend to feedback by resident/authorities/stakeholders, to recommend and take remedial actions. 8. To develops and implements facility emergency plans including Fire drills and tabletop exercise. 9. To develops and maintains positive relationships with internal stakeholders. 10. To be responsible for facilities inspections and reports. 11. To obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects. 12. To manage and implement various facilities projects and improvements. 13. To implement the Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS), especially how communal areas must be managed to prevent disease outbreaks (e.g., airflow and social distancing protocols). 14. To have a heavy focus on Facilities Management (FM) alongside HCSA clinical compliance. 15. To conduct constant ward audits across multiple floors to meet ENHS standards 16. To manage and handle with all external vendors including but not limited to kitchen/meals, laundry and term vendor contracts.
