We are an Executive Search firm specializing in mid to senior-level placements across Accounting &Finance, Information Technology, and various Corporate Functions . As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The Role Reporting directly to the Director, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process , which includes: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable opportunities Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs Driving business development activities to identify and secure new business accounts Managing job offers and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates What We Offer You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
