Property Manager

Our client is a well-established real estate owner and developer with a strong portfolio of commercial assets across Singapore. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their commercial properties and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties Oversee maintenance, repair and asset enhancement works to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard Conduct regular property inspections and recommend improvement initiatives Manage vendors, contractors and service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency Administer service contracts including renewals, negotiations and performance reviews Prepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets while monitoring expenditure Coordinate tenant handovers, fit-outs, reinstatement and renovation works Handle tenant feedback and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety requirements and building standards Work closely with the Leasing and Asset Management teams to support leasing activities and asset enhancement projects Requirements Diploma or Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related disciplines At least 5 years of commercial property management experience Strong knowledge of building operations, vendor management and maintenance works Experience managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets and contracts Good stakeholder management and communication skills
