Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Operations & Analytics Manager to optimise business operations, drive process improvements, and leverage data insights to enhance organisational performance and support strategic decisions. Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations to maintain efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable informed management decisions. Review and streamline workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures to improve operational effectiveness. Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with department heads to monitor performance and recommend strategic enhancements. Prepare management reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses regularly. Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Manage operational projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to meet business goals. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support digital transformation by evaluating and implementing technology solutions to improve operations. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Required competencies and certifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, business analytics, or process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and drive improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence or data visualisation tools. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
