Job Description OPH Health is seeking a Brand & Marketing Communications Senior Executive to support the company’s branding, marketing communications, sales enablement materials, digital content, and exhibition/event activities. The successful candidate will work closely with management and internal teams to translate business direction, product concepts, and solution positioning into professional client-facing materials. This role requires strong English communication skills, healthcare-related storytelling ability, good visual judgement, and the ability to manage marketing deliverables from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities Brand, Content &Storytelling Support the development ofcompany brand positioning and external communication across integrated healthcare, preventive healthcare, and digital healthcare solutions. Translate management direction, business ideas, and product concepts into clear, structured, and professional English marketing content. Develop healthcare-related storytelling for company profiles, product introductions, sales decks, website content, LinkedIn posts, brochures, and presentation materials. Ensure consistency in company messaging, tone of voice, corporate identity, visual presentation, and external-facing materials. Marketing Materials & Visual Content Integration Prepare, update, and maintain marketing and sales materials, including corporate presentations, product brochures, solution decks, one-pagers, company profiles, event materials, and client-facing documents. Integrate text, images, charts,product information, and visual elements into clear and professional marketing materials. Review and improve existing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, visual consistency, professional layout,and alignment with company positioning. Maintain an organised library of approved marketing materials, templates, product information, exhibition assets, and company content. Digital Content &AI Tool Application Support website content updates, LinkedIn content, company announcements, product highlights, and digital marketing materials. Use AI tools effectively tosupport market research, content drafting, editing, visual references, document structuring, and productivity improvement. Review and refine AI-assisted outputs to ensure accuracy, professionalism, relevance, and suitability for healthcare industry communication. Maintain a content calendar for company updates, product highlights, event participation, and corporate announcements. Exhibitions,Events & Project Coordination Research and recommend suitable industry exhibitions, healthcare technology events, business events, and corporate platforms for company participation. Support end-to-end exhibition and event preparation, including research, registration, organiser liaison, budget coordination, timeline planning, material preparation, vendor coordination, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, vendors, printers, event organisers, and external partners to deliver marketing projects on time. Track marketing activities, project timelines, deliverables, pending items, and execution progress. Requirements Must Have Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, English, Digital Marketing, Design, or related disciplines. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, branding, corporate communications,content marketing, events, exhibitions, or related roles. Strong written and spoken English, with experience drafting and refining professional marketing or client-facing content. Experience preparing marketing materials such as corporate presentations, product brochures, company profiles,sales decks, website content, LinkedIn content, or event materials. Ability to translate broad management direction into structured content, marketing narratives, and professional presentation materials. Good visual judgement, with the ability to integrate text, images, layout, and product information into clear and polished materials.
