Business Analyst (Trade Finance)

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Trade Finance products and processes, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Open Account Trade transactions. Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements. Support requirement workshops, gap analysis, process mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful project delivery. Assist in the implementation and support of Trade Finance systems, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements. Analyze trade transaction workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and controls. Prepare business documentation, test cases, user guides, and project status reports while providing ongoing support during system releases and production deployments.
