Must have Agile product development experience Current role must be as a IT Consultant /Analyst for last 03+years. Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories. Working experience in My SQL and Oracle SQL Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience. Hands-on recent Agile working experience in banking products (Corporate/Retail/Internet Banking) and processes, and retail banking for 3+ years is a Must Must have experience in writing user stories is a must. Must : Successful track record of managing Agile transformation program/projects (Preferably using SAFe) –3+ years Expert in using common agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins etc Extremely detail oriented.
