Principal Consultant

Possess 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, System Analysis, or Data Engineering, with strong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/Data Integration, Banking or Financial Services, and hands-on experience in regulatory reporting, risk, finance, or wholesale banking data domains. Lead end-to-end data analysis activities by gathering business requirements, performing data profiling, defining source-to-target mappings, and translating business needs into scalable data solutions for enterprise data platforms within the Banking and Financial Services domain. Design, develop, and optimize data warehouse, ETL, and data integration solutions using SQL / Python/Teradata , ensuring high-quality, accurate, and reconciled data across multiple source systems. Perform data modelling, data architecture, metadata management, data lineage, and governance activities while supporting regulatory reporting, risk analytics, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives. Develop complex SQL queries and analytical dashboards to support data validation, reconciliation, business intelligence, operational reporting, and decision-making using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and production support teams throughout the SDLC, preparing functional specifications, conducting impact analysis, supporting SIT/UAT, and ensuring successful implementation of data-driven solutions.
