Java Developer (1-5 Years)

Possess 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring/Spring Boot development, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to support both development and production support responsibilities. Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and relational databases while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Perform application support activities, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, bug fixing, performance optimization, production deployments, and post-release monitoring to ensure application stability. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement technical solutions, and support end-to-end software delivery. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies, including AI/Generative AI, automation, cloud-native development, and modern software engineering practices. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, technical documentation, CI/CD processes, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
