Contact Centre Experience Customer Service Skills Ability to Multitask Ability to handle difficult customers Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays Ability to draft a professional email response back to the customer Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application ( download application / install/uninstall) Familiar with internet surfing on the PC Basic troubleshooting of PC and software Working Hours / 830pm-8.30 am Mandarin Speaking preferred. Eligibility: Local/PR Fixed Allowance: $20 (communication) + $200 (Shift) Employment Type: 2-year Contract (Renewable) Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM (12-hour night shift) 2 days work, 2 days off rotating schedule Required to work weekends and Public Holidays based on roster
