Job Summary You will play a key role in meeting the company’s staffing needs by managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes to identify and secure qualified candidates. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill staffing needs effectively Screen candidates through interviews and phone assessments to select those who meet job requirements Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients to ensure smooth communication Adapt quickly and maintain productivity in a fast-paced work environment Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with candidates and clients to support talent acquisition goals Required competencies and certifications Minimum Nitec certification Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate passion for recruitment and a people-oriented approach Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills Other Information Location: Kaki Bukit Performance Incentive
