Fixed Allowance: $300 (Transport) Completion Bonus: 1 Month Work Location: PLQ2 / PDD / RCT / HPTC Overview The Senior Low-Code Engineer supports a live, multi-year Salesforce Service Cloud engagement. The role requires production-grade declarative Salesforce delivery within a highly regulated enterprise environment, including integration-aware configuration across Singapore's national digital identity infrastructure (Singpass and Myinfo). Job Responsibilities Configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Queues, Assignment Rules, and Escalation Rules. Develop and support low-code solutions for case management, workflow automation, and citizen service operations. Configure and maintain multi-channel service capabilities, including Email-to-Case, Live Chat, Chatbot, Omnichannel, and Portal Case Intake. Support Salesforce integrations with Singpass SSO, Myinfo, and external data sources. Manage release deployments using Copado and Git, including metadata deployment, environment management, rollback procedures, and production releases. Provide L2 production support, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects. Support SIT, UAT, change requests, and post-release activities to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare technical documentation, deployment records, and configuration guides while ensuring compliance with governance and audit standards. Conduct peer reviews and maintain platform engineering, quality, and change management standards. Participate in planned after-hours deployments and provide support for critical production incidents when required. Minimum Requirements Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience in configuration, enhancement, and production support. Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience in a live enterprise production environment. Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment with knowledge of Change Management, ITSM, and compliance processes. Hands-on experience with Copado for release management and multi-environment deployments. Experience configuring multi-channel Service Cloud operations within a single Salesforce instance. Experience supporting Singpass and Myinfo integrations is mandatory.
