Interface Ops (SAP Hcm ERP, SQL)(Advanced Excel/Payroll Specialist Experience)

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (8:30am - 6pm) Eligibility: Singaporean ONLY Location: Depot Road Employment type: 1-Year contract (Yearly renewal) Performance Bonus: 1 month x-------------------------------------------------------------------------x Preferred: Candidates with SAP HCM experience. Candidates without SAP HCM may still be considered if they have: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. multiple worksheets , Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas, etc.); or Payroll Specialist experience (e.g. payroll processing, payroll systems, HRIS, payroll operations) x-------------------------------------------------------------------------x Education Qualification a. At least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or Equivalent. Required Competencies a. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP. b. Demonstrated competency in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue. c. Proficiency in SQL programming is preferred. d. Competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions. e. Good planning and coordination skills. f. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills. g. Good team player, responsible and conscientious. h. Resourceful, independent, responsive and proactive. Required Working Experience a. At least 2 years of working experience in information technology. b. Experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred. c. Experience in operation support, including end user support, troubleshooting and testing, is preferred. d. Microsoft Excel working experience and competence in applying Microsoft Excel functions are preferred. e. SQL working experience and competence in SQL Programming is preferred.
