SAP System Administration Support (SAP Hcm/ SQL Or Advanced Excel/Payroll Specialist Experience)

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (8:30 am to 6 pm) Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Yearly renewal) Workplace: Depot Road Eligibility: Singaporean ONLY --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preferred: Candidates with SAP HCM experience. Candidates without SAP HCM may still be considered if they have: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., multiple worksheets , Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas, etc.); or Payroll Specialist experience (e.g., payroll processing, payroll systems, HRIS, payroll operations) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Required Competencies a. Have good knowledge and skillset in the following platforms and applications: SAP Systems installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, administration and monitoring (SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC). Database (SAP HANA, Sybase ASE Database, SAP IQ). Operating Systems (Windows Server, Linux). Microsoft Applications (Active Directory, System Centre Suite). Management Tools (SCCM, WSUS, SEPM, SCVMM). Virtualization Platform (VMware, Hyper-V). Storage and Backup (Symantec NetBackup). Web Tools (F5 Load Balancer, Proxy/Reverse Proxy Setup, Apache, IIS, SAP Web dispatcher). IT Security Hardening on Windows Server and Linux. Various methodologies of SAP system cloning/copy (Heterogeneous / Homogeneous). SAP backup and restore procedures for database-specific and OS- specific systems. b. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables and support with minimum supervision. c. Good planning, communication, and coordination skills. d. Good team player, responsible and conscientious, responsive, pro-active. Required Working Experience a. At least 2 years of working experience in information technology. b. Experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred. c. Experience in HR projects is preferred. Education Qualification a. At least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.
