BMS Engineer

Scope of Work Install, configure, test, and commission BMS systems. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for BMS installations. Integrate HVAC, power meters, PLC, SCADA, and other building systems with the BMS. Configure and troubleshoot Modbus, BACnet, and other communication protocols. Support project execution, site testing, and system handover. Prepare technical documentation and service reports. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS). Experience in BMS installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, HVAC, PLC, SCADA, power monitoring systems , and basic networking. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and travel to project sites when required. Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Having BMS internship experience is an added advantage.
