Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of civil and structural engineering projects to achieve timely and quality deliverables Manage project execution by collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align expectations and resolve issues Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment throughout project lifecycles Drive productivity improvements by overseeing work processes and ensuring adherence to project schedules and standards Required competencies and certifications Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a project engineer in civil and structural engineering, preferably in CE infrastructural or LTA projects
