At every level, our engineers have a significant technical and business impact designing and building innovative new systems to power our customer's business critical applications. Responsibilities Lead production infrastructure and platform operations to support a growing client base with reliable and scalable systems. Design and implement solutions for evolving production needs, including deployments, monitoring, logging, and automation. Work closely with team leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing errors, debugging code, and identifying performance bottlenecks. Improve troubleshooting, testing, and automation processes to maintain system health and stability. Build and review enhancements to fix defects and improve system performance and efficiency. Lead system design, development, deployment, and architecture aligned with business goals. Support product and service development through code reviews, scalability improvements, and performance optimization. Resolve complex issues related to performance, scalability, reliability, and infrastructure. Manage projects by prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as needed. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Encourage continuous improvement by gathering feedback and refining processes to meet changing needs. Qualifications This role is open only to Singapore Citizens, as the scope of work involves government projects that require citizenship for clearance purposes. 11+ years in server architecture, system administration, software development, or cloud delivery Skilled in configuration management, deployment tools, and infrastructure automation Proficient in scripting to improve efficiency and reliability Experienced in coordinating releases with minimal disruption Knowledge of change control, risk assessment, and structured implementations Ability to design end-to-end, scalable solutions aligned with business needs Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services Experienced in root cause analysis and corrective actions Familiar with virtualization and managing virtual environments.
