Operations & Digital Coordinator (Chun Wellness) Job Description: Operations & Digital Coordinator (Chun Wellness) Job Overview: Chun Wellness is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Digital Coordinator to ensure the smooth daily running of our business. The successful candidate will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Boss (who provides the strategic roadmap) and our Operations team to execute digital campaigns, manage customer service, and oversee daily workflows. Note: This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as the candidate will be the primary point of contact for operational consistency during the mid-to-late week period. Key Responsibilities: Operational Continuity: Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed daily. Act as the primary anchor for operations during the mid-week period (Wed–Fri) in the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager. Digital Execution: Utilize pre-designed templates (provided by Marketing) to upload content to our website and social media platforms. Workflow Management: Ensure that operational tasks (order processing, customer inquiries, vendor coordination) are completed according to the established timeline. Weekly Handover: Prepare a brief "End of Week" status report for the Digital Marketing Manager every Friday, highlighting key developments or issues that require strategy adjustment on the following Monday. Customer & Vendor Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and operational vendor requests. Qualifications: Process-Oriented: Ability to follow checklists and use "fill-in-the-blank" templates effectively. Tech-Savvy (Basic): Comfortable using content management systems (CMS) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). You do not need to be a developer; you need to be a skilled "user." Self-Managed: Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot simple issues, and escalate only when necessary. Communication: Excellent clarity in reporting progress and flagging "blockers" early.
