Roles & Responsibilities Order Fulfilment: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming shipments of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures. Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment by verifying product codes, quantities, and quality before shipping. Fulfill customer satisfaction by ensuring timely deliveries. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, track transactions, and conduct cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas for easy access and efficient space utilization. Implement the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory method to manage stock rotations effectively. 5S and Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety procedures are followed and that the warehouse environment is safe for all employees. Coordinate housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. MHE Operation and Maintenance: Ensure that Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is properly maintained and operated safely. Perform daily checks to ensure MHE is in good working condition. Communication: Coordinate with colleagues and other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet company goals. Versatile Support: Ensure the achievement of KPI targets by consistently completing assigned tasks within specified timeframes. Support the team in other warehouse-related tasks as required. Requirements and Qualifications Education: Minimum O LEVEL Experience: Preferable experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a similar role. Licensing: With or Without Forklift / Reach Truck Operation Certification. Skills: Strong ability to manage inventory and track stock levels. Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and professional. Team player who works well with others and can collaborate effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to perform tasks accurately. Work Flexibility: Ability to work overtime will be advantage.
