Part Time Clinic Assistant - Weekdays Morning

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following: Counter duties: - Registration of patients, temperature taking, weight taking. - Familiar with Patient Risk Profile Portal. - Dispensing of medication and collection of payments - Perform COVID-19 / Influenza Swabs/ ECG - Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease and remind patients of their upcoming appointments - Handling of incoming calls and enquiries. - Administrative tasks - Submission of claims eg Medisave, CHAS, MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes. Requirements: - Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting. - Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition. - Diligent and willing to learn - Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals) - Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal. - Familiar with TPA claims. - Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage, in order to communicate with and dispense medications to Chinese and Malay speaking patients who are unable to speak English We are an equal opportunity employer.
