Job Summary We are seeking a responsible andcustomer-oriented Service & Claims Advisor (Insurance & Warranty Parts) to support daily workshopoperations, insurance and parts warranty claim handling, and customer serviceactivities for commercial vehicles and heavy trucks. The candidate will beresponsible for coordinating accident claims, vehicle servicing arrangements,repair quotations, and customer follow-ups to ensure smooth operations andexcellent customer service experience. Key Responsibilities Insurance Claims Handling Attend to customers involved in accidents and assistwith GIA accident reporting and insurance claim matters. Explain the insurance claim process and requireddocumentation to customers. Inspect and record vehicle damage details with photosand supporting information. Prepare repair quotations and submit insurance claimdocuments to insurance companies. Liaise with insurers, surveyors, and workshoppersonnel regarding claim approvals and repair status. Follow up on claim progress and provide regularupdates to customers. Coordinate repair works with workshop operations andtechnicians. Ensure repair quotations and invoices are properlyprepared for insurance claim submissions. Monitor claim approval timelines and ensure allrequired documentation is properly completed. Handle warranty claims for defective parts andcoordinate with suppliers or principals. Verify repair costs, parts replacement, and labourcharges before claim submission. Maintain proper filing and records for all insuranceand warranty claims. Resolve claim discrepancies or disputes with insurersand customers when required. Customer Service Duties Attend to walk-in customers and provide serviceadvice. Arrange vehicle servicing appointments and repairschedules. Follow up with customers after repair completion.
