You'll work closely with our technology teams to design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring it's aligned with our business goals and objectives. You'll need to be proactive, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve our systems and processes. What you do Provide technical support for credit processing applications Monitor application performance, availability, and functionality; troubleshoot and resolve related incidents promptly. Analyse logs, error messages, and system metrics to diagnose and identify root causes of issues. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Conduct impact analysis and assist with the deployment of patches, fixes, and software upgrades. Document incidents, resolutions, and workarounds thoroughly in the knowledge base for future reference. Participate in on-call rotations to deliver timely support during critical incidents and outages. Assist with performance tuning and optimization efforts to enhance application efficiency. Support integration points between microservices and external systems, ensuring seamless communication. Adhere to ITIL best practices and maintain compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs). Who you are Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
