About this role

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing accounts using Autocount/Xero software, have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and be effective in a multilingual work environment. This is a full-time position with a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Saturday). Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain full sets of accounts. Prepare, verify, and submit e-invoices via the government portal. Perform daily data entry, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations. Generate monthly financial reports and schedules. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal operations teams. Ensure compliance with standard accounting principles. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience. Proficient in Autocount/Xero accounting software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis etc.) Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both verbal and written) – mandatory. Experience with e-invoice submission is a strong advantage. Detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines. Willing to work on a 5.5 day week schedule (Monday to Saturday).
