Manager, Transversal Agency Coordination

The role involves managing transversal projects across various business units, overseeing collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and managing the full annual budget cycle, including forecasting and variance analysis. Key duties also include leading the organization-wide implementation of Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and overseeing the development of Agency KPI scorecards. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably with business or data analytical certifications, and have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, with prior working experience in the maritime or shipping industry being mandatory. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.
