Job Summary Support finance operations by managing accounts receivable and payable tasks accurately, using relevant software tools, and contributing to smooth financial workflows. Responsibilities Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately to maintain financial records Use Accpac software to record and track financial data, improving transaction efficiency Collaborate with team members to ensure timely invoice processing and payment follow-ups Maintain organized financial documentation to support audit and reporting requirements Apply knowledge of commerce principles to support daily finance operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Commerce or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable or related finance functions Familiarity with Accpac software is an advantage Preferably specialized in AR/AP functions or equivalent Other Information Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
