Job Summary We are looking for a Lifeguard to join our team to ensure visitor safety and security while delivering a positive and engaging experience at our beach playground. As a Lifeguard , we rely on you to: Monitor swimming and recreational areas to identify and respond to potentialsafety hazards and emergencies promptly Enforce safety rules and security measures to protect all visitors effectively Perform rescue operations and provide first aid as needed to ensure visitorwell-being Communicate clearly and courteously with guests to promote a safe and enjoyableenvironment Document and report all incidents accurately and handle them professionally andpromptly Collaborate with team members to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for visitors We are looking for someone who: Possessa valid Bronze Medallion certificate to perform lifeguard duties safelyeffectively Demonstrate enthusiasm for sports and recreation to engage visitors actively Exhibit strong customer service skills to interact positively with guests Show initiative in identifying and addressing safety and service needs We Offer 5-day work week Learning and Development opportunities for career development Medical and insurance coverage Special employee discount within Shangri-La Group Duty Meals If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
