Job Summary As a Junior Sous Chef (Pastry) , you will assist daily pastry kitchen operations, uphold food quality, update menus, enforce hygiene protocols, and lead kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences aligned with Shangri-La’s standards.
