Internal Communications & Publications • Plan, coordinate, and manage the publication of the regional newsletter, e-newsletter, and other internal communication materials. • Manage the end-to-end publication process, including content collection, editing, translation, proofreading, design review, and publication scheduling. • Coordinate with regional offices and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality publications. • Arrange the printing, courier delivery, and distribution of newsletters and corporate gifts. 2. Content Creation • Create engaging content, including articles, interviews, photography, videos, and presentations that promote employee engagement and company initiatives. • Work with regional offices and the digital communications team to develop communication materials for various channels. 3. Brand Promotion • Support the implementation of company brand strategy and provide guidance on brand-related enquiries. • Coordinate brand workshops, roundtable discussions, and other brand communication initiatives. • Liaise with Japan Brand Communications Headquarters and regional offices to ensure consistent brand communication. 4. Regional Communications & Projects • Monitor communication effectiveness by preparing newsletter performance and analytics reports. • Support regional CSR initiatives and other communication projects, including preparing press releases, communication materials, and post-event reports. • Coordinate regional communication projects and perform other duties assigned by the Corporate Communications Manager. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. • Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is a plus to facilitate communication and coordination with Japan Brand Communications Headquarters, but not a must. • Experience in content creation, including photography, videography, or graphic design, is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred. • Minimum Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or a similar role.
