Job ID: 20257 Location: Tuas Working hours: 9am - 5.45pm Salary: up to $5,000 (Depending on experiences) Job Description ■Operation (40%) •Create 2D & 3D parts and assembly drawing for all MGS model using solidworks. •Support on part catalog and operation manual making •To perform engineering technical calculations. •Review project (order and R&D) inquiry and summaries design change points on component level to support Engineering BOM creation. •Support on line quality issues to come out with short and long term plan for improvement. •Communicate, coordinate and work with internal departments such as sales, production, services across subsidiaries on meeting project specifications and deadline. •Communicate with external parties such as supplier on design of radiators and fabrication jobs. •Assign and monitor progress of ESV engineer on standard design drawings •Issue ECO (Engineering Change Order) for improvement/ design error ■Project Management and R&D (50%) •Prepare project schedule and maintain the timeline of project. •Prepare technical specifications requirements, engineering design drawings testing methods, testing criteria and products delivery schedule. •Prepare technical documents for internal and external parties. •Prepare presentation material and conduct meeting to review DRBFM across HQ and sales, production, QA departments. •Review and validate new products are designed in accordance to the specification requirements through factory acceptance test conducted by suppliers. •Review and compilation of test results in accordance to testing criteria. Managing the TVA calculation. ■Adhoc (5%) •To conform with company environmental practices. •Any other tasks as assigned. Job Requirement •Diploma in mechanical engineering. •4+ years of experience in product design and manufacturing experience. •Strong background in sheet metal design, acoustics, thermal management, and structural analysis. •Proficiency in CAD (either SolidWorks/Creo/NX) •Experience with PDM (optional) •Knowledge of fabrication processes, coatings, and corrosion protection standards. •Strong communication, leadership and planning skills Interested applicants, kindly send your updated resume to Joanne (R21101135) Joanne@pasona.com.sg with the email subject header " Job Application for "20257, Mechanical Engineer " .
