HR Executive

Company: Manufacturing (Semiconductor Industry) Location: Central Role: HR Executive (20280) AWS + Variable Bonus + Allowances Job Description: Manage and process payroll accurately and timely, including compliance with statutory requirements and Personal Income Tax (PIT) regulations. Candidates with experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and/or Thailand payroll and tax regulations are preferred. Support corporate tax (CIT), personal income tax (PIT), withholding tax, and other tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Assist with basic accounting functions, including financial record maintenance, reconciliations, and coordination with finance stakeholders where required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Review, update, and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Compile, analyze, and maintain HR and business-related data for reporting, statistical analysis, and management reporting purposes. Monitor changes in employment legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring HR practices remain compliant with applicable Employment Acts and labor regulations. Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant HR, payroll, administration, or accounting experience. Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements, including personal income tax, corporate tax, withholding tax, and related compliance matters. Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act requirements, and HR best practices. Experience with Infotech payroll and HR systems will be an advantage.
