Company: Chemical Location: Esplanade MRT Station Salary: Up to $5,000 (Depending on experience) Position: Legal Specialist (Job ID: 20296) Job Description: - Manage contracts depository - Draft and/or review contracts, legal documents and correspondences - Support in the negotiation of contracts and transactions - Provide advice to stakeholders on risks and legal issues - Monitoring and identifying legal issues as and when they arise and recommend course of action - Support in dispute resolution and legal proceedings as and when they arise - Provide training to stakeholders - Support in the implementation of Personal Data Protection Act or equivalent in affiliates within the Asia region - Coordinate and collaborate with external legal advisers and internal departments when the need arises - Support in legal research - Support ISO and ISCC related matters - Support in compliance related matters and corporate governance matters - Attend to any other ad-hoc administrative, legal and compliance matters Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate legal Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) / Diploma holder in legal studies or law and management (or equivalent) Able to liaise in Mandarin language to understand contracts and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients Attention to detail and meticulous Good understanding in Company Law, Contract Law and data privacy law Ability to conduct legal research Interested applicants please send your resume to JingLing@pasona.com.sg with email subject header "Job Application for Legal Specialist (Job ID: 20296) ".
