Barista & Cafe Crew

We are searching for enthusiastic, courteous and passionate Barista & Café Service Crew. Offer friendly and efficient service to customers Provide menu recommendations to customers Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly Maintain clean, well-stocked and updated displays Perform basic food, sandwich and drinks preparation Assist with clearing tables and washing up Escalate customers' feedback to manager Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards May be deployed to work at other outlets/offsite events from time to time QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred. Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation. Exceptional listening and communication skills. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
