Job Scope: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to established recipes and standards. Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming café environment, taking orders accurately, handling feedback professionally, and building positive guest relationships. Maintain efficient daily operations through accurate POS transactions, stock replenishment, opening and closing procedures, and effective workflow management during busy periods. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards while maintaining a clean, organised workspace and collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Job Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred. Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
